We are expanding across Europe and are looking for Remote Sales Partners who want to earn recurring, commission-based income without fixed hours or fixed salaries.

This Is Not a Traditional Job

No fixed working hours
No office, no location dependency
No fixed salary
No mandatory daily tasks

This role is designed for people who want to control their own time and build income based on results.

How the Model Works

You introduce Serve Automate to potential customers
You help close the contract
Once the contract is signed:
- You don’t need to do anything else
- You receive your commission every month
- As long as the customer stays active, you keep earning

Your only ongoing responsibility is to occasionally stay in touch with the customer to maintain the relationship.

Commission Structure (Retroactive)

Your commission applies to all active customers you have signed:

1–4 customers: 15%
5–9 customers: 20%
10+ customers: 25%

🔁 Retroactive model:
When your commission level increases, all previously signed customers are recalculated at the new rate. This means your income grows not only with new deals, but also across your entire portfolio.
