1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Serve Automate (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Serve Automate provides AI-powered automation systems designed to improve customer service, sales, and operational efficiency. The platform may include different modules such as chat automation, reservation bots, and operational data management tools.
The Service is offered as a subscription-based SaaS (Software as a Service) product.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Not misuse, copy, or reverse-engineer the software or its components.
Serve Automate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
4. Subscription & Payments
All services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as specified in your selected plan.
Fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods.
Serve Automate may adjust pricing with prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and design elements available through Serve Automate are the exclusive property of Serve Automate and its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service solely for internal business operations.
6. Data Privacy
Serve Automate collects and processes customer data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Data is used solely to provide and improve the Service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling practices.
7. Service Availability
Serve Automate aims to maintain 99% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of scheduled downtimes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Serve Automate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
The total liability of Serve Automate under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user during the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard.
Serve Automate reserves the right to terminate access in cases of non-compliance, unpaid fees, or misuse.
10. Changes to Terms
Serve Automate may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
